One connected platform for venue operations.
Twenty-three modules over one record. An event is created once, and seating, staffing, stock, the door, the invoice and the report all read from it instead of from four exports that disagree by Monday.

Guest check-in that keeps working when the signal doesn’t.
The door app for the EventSync ecosystem. It holds the guest list on the device, scans against it with no connection at all, and drains its queue in order when the signal returns.

Point of sale built to keep the bar moving.
A landscape till for tablets, pulled out of EventSync so the bar deploys on its own cadence and keeps trading through a dropped connection. Every sale lands back on the same stock and the same books.

A shared picture of every school day.
Teachers record positive behaviour, concerns and homework in one place. School leaders follow the learner timeline, and families stay involved through the Prefect Guardian app on the App Store and Google Play. Built by SyncFac for South African schools.
